Condo Clear Services is a real estate brokerage licensed by the Real Estate Council of B.C. We have hands-on experience managing strata corporations and strata property issues, from day to day operations to big challenges such as warranty claims, insurance claims, and building remediation.
This experience provides us with the tools we need to provide you with the support you need.
Founder
Prior to founding Condo Clear Services, Ryan was a Regional Director with one of the premier strata management companies in B.C. He has been involved with the management of some of the most complicated and highly recognizable strata corporations in the province.
Aside from his professional experience, Ryan has also been an owner, investor, and council member in multiple strata corporations over the last 10+ years. This has resulted in a level of experience which is difficult to rival in the industry. This experience includes, but is not limited to, leaky condo remediation, sections, depreciation reports, and new home warranty.
Ryan’s vision is to provide potential buyers with a resource they can depend on when purchasing a home or investment and give strata corporations a viable alternative to traditional management services.
Review Advisor/Business Development
Prior to joining Condo Clear Services, Mugurel was a Strata Property Manager with one of the premier strata management companies in the B.C., as well as a Supervisor with one of the largest building maintenance companies in the province.
Mugurel has also worked in the public sector with both the BC Pension Corporation and the Yukon Government, and has obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science and a Certificate in Business Analysis from the University of British Columbia.
Having always enjoyed taking an analytical approach to his work, Mugurel enjoys helping buyers and sellers gain an in-depth understanding of their real estate investments. He takes pride in being highly attentive to detail, demonstrating a thorough understanding of client needs and being able to explain complicated concepts, problems and developments in easy to understand ways.
Review Coordinator
Prior to joining Condo Clear, Sarah worked within finance as a loan officer as well as in Hospitality Management for many years. Since transitioning to Condo Clear Sarah has been pleased to engage with clients both new and returning, helping to ensure that their reviews go as seamlessly as possible.
Sarah is currently working on becoming licensed in order to add to the wide range of skills and expertise she brings to her role within Condo Clear. Sarah’s focus is on the customer experience to help ensure that their clients feel confident during the process.
