Seller’s Document Check
This option is ideal for sellers and listing Realtors that want to ensure the documents provided to potential buyers are complete.
Buyers Review – Level 1
This option is best suited for buyers who would like assistance understanding the financial health of the strata.
Buyers Review – Level 2
This option is best suited for buyers that would like to have a comprehensive view of the strata corporation.
How We Work
1. Order
Fill out the form below to request a specific service. You can include any questions or items you would like us to pay attention to specifically.
2. Acceptance
We will schedule the review and send you a confirmation.
3. Intake
Documents are sorted, verified, and any additional recommended documents requested. Document submission deadline is usually 11am the day before your scheduled review.
4. Review
We review the documents provided and highlight any pertinent information. Our goal in is to provide a balanced overview of the strata corporation, good and bad.
5. Summary
We summarize the information collected during the Review phase and add notes for context where needed.
6. Delivery
You’ll receive an email link for the review, where you can view it online or download a PDF with document package and our highlights.
7. Discussion
You will have the option to book a meeting with the Review Advisor to discuss their findings at no extra charge.
8. Payment
We will send you an invoice and you can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or e-transfer.
